A: Same day deliveries: If possible we will attempt to arrange a same day delivery, but always prefer to have at least a 24h notice from you. Same day order cutoff is 12 pm (Exceptions: Valentine's Day & Mother's Day require ordering in advance).
-
A: Delivery Available Monday - Saturday (Exceptions: Valentine's Day & Mother's Day when they fall on a Sunday).
-
A: Deliveries will usually arrive between 10am and 7pm. Please let us know if you need a more specific delivery time.
-
A: If you are sending flowers to someone at a business, apartment, or any building where flowers cannot be left outside, drivers will likely call recipients before leaving the shop to make sure they are at the location and able to come out to gather the delivery. No worries - it doesn't ruin the surprise, it just bumps the surprise a little sooner and gives them a fun bit of time to be filled with anticipation!
-
A: If no one is home, we will call the recipient’s phone number listed on the order to let them know there is a delivery waiting for them. If no one answers, we will contact you to advise. If we are unable to reach you or the recipient, we will leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbor and notify the recipient by text message or a voicemail.
-
A: Please do your best to confirm that your flower recipient will be at the delivery location, or that there is a safe (secure space, protected from weather) to leave the flowers. In the event that we cannot leave the flowers, you will be issued a delivery fee for 50% the price of your original delivery fee.
-
A: Since we cannot leave flowers outside apartments, those recipients may be called before the delivery to coordinate.
-
A: Unfortunately, there are no returns for customers when recipients refuse to receive a delivery.
-
A: Hospital Deliveries: We do deliver to hospitals, but the timeframe allowed is usually shorter. Please allow more advance time for hospital orders.
-
Fresh Flowers:
A: Add fresh, cool water every 1-2 days or change the water completely
A: Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, or vents
A: Every stem has a different expected vase life — as blooms expire, pull them out
Plants:
A: Check the soil for moisture before watering. When watering, soak the soil and then pour out any excess water.
A: Orchids and succulents: wait 7-10 days before watering. Check the soil for moisture. Only add water when soil is completely dry. Add ¼ cup of water when needed.
